Reading Fencing was founded in 2015 by Nick Smith, a time-served fencing contractor with a straightforward belief: that homeowners deserve a reliable tradesperson who shows up on time, gives an honest price, and does quality work.

From the beginning, the focus has been on timber fencing done properly, using the right materials, set correctly, and backed with a guarantee you can trust. In 2020, the business became a limited company, reflecting its growth across Berkshire and the surrounding counties.

We’ve now completed hundreds of projects across Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, Windsor, Maidenhead, Newbury, and beyond, from simple panel fence replacements to bespoke slatted screens and large commercial installations.
